New found love

Recently, I've taken a liking to vodka. I was for a very long time a Jack Daniels kind of girl....but with these beautiful labels I think I found a new love.

No fireworks here

It was a quiet 4th of July around here. After a whirlwind of events the last few weeks, the San Diego fair, birthday parties, visitors and dinners it was nice just to stay home. Poor Reggie, after two whole days of mommy and daddy being home, she couldn't even take us leaving for an hour. She cried and cried when we left and when we got back she was still crying. I hope she wasn't crying the whole time we were gone.

Cancelled

I guess my jet setting days have been postponed. I was planning on flying to Portland next month for my aunts 50th birthday. She lives in Vancouver Washington and I few of us were going to fly up there to surprise her. Well, my uncle's parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary so he couldn't plan 2 things at one time. Men. J/K So the trip has been cancelled. I guess we can plan to go up there another time. The tickets were kinda expensive anyways so I guess I could save that for another trip. Maybe stash it for the Disney World trip for next year.

NO MORE WIRE HANGERS!

Due to a hide and seek accident when I was young, I have a fear of wire hangers. Lets just say closet...hanger..eye. I don't think I need to tell you more than that. When I saw this hanger art I totally had a flash back. You won't see me at this exhibit. But I have to say, this is pretty amazing.

Lychee Martini

While I was in NY I had the best lychee martini at the Republic in Union Square. So every time I saw it on the menu I had to order one just to compare. R and I decided to make our own one day. The recipe called for some vermouth which made it very bitter. And the only lychee juice R can find, had Hello Kitty on the bottle. Needless to say, our version was not the same.

At my aunts birthday party this past weekend, my cousin introduced me to Soho Lychee Liqueur. So good. Just add some vodka and you are good to go. So good, that I'm planning on sending R some as a thank you gift for letting us stay at their place.

Jet Setter

I feel like such a jet setter. A few days in Boston and then straight to New York.

Boston
I've never experienced getting yelled at by a cab driver until Boston. It was kinda weird. And I never knew I can get sick of lobster. I have to say though, the buildings in Boston are beautiful.






The How Conference really wasn't what I expected. I have mixed feelings about it. I am very grateful that work sent me, but I think I set my expectations too high. I should of scheduled more fun sessions, instead of trying to cram in as much CSS training as I can. I also felt like some of the presenters weren't as prepared as they should of been. The resource center was totally awesome though. I actually got my pack and ship box today. So I guess the best part of the conference was the Veer guys and the resource center. Still, it was a great time.

And then there is New York.
I always have fun when I go there. I didn't do as much shopping as I really wanted to, but M did come home with a whole new wardrobe. I did get myself a little souvenir...New York City in a bag from MUJI.



Also spent a day in the country. R has a little house in Catskill that had an awesome view of the Hudson River. It was really breath taking.




Did I mention we even made to to New Jersey. M and I went to an old friends wedding. We had to beg a cab driver to get us over there after another cab driver kicked us out of his cab when we mentioned New Jersey. LOL

The view from the hotel was amazing. And we had a great time hanging out with old friends and making new one. A toast to table number 7.



I think my favorite was visiting the Brooklyn Museum to see the Murakami. It was a great exhibit. Floor to ceiling paintings and rooms papered with fun patterns. This little guy was my favorite.



I also got myself I new travel buddy. Maybe he can be my new jet setting partner. Hopefully he'll be able to visit a few more places this year. Meet Ibbs.



Its good to be home, and to be with the girls again. Its really hard to be away from them for so long. Maybe one day we'll take them on a road trip with us.

Pack and Ship

Holy crap! How the heck am I gonna get this crap home. The first actual day of the How Conference just ended(sunday was pre-session), and I got a load of stuff to get back home. The resource center is insanely packed with people. The only booth I wanted to see was the Veer booth. I was brave enough to tell them that I picked the font for my tattoo from their website. Got me a sketch book and a sticker for that story. They also took a picture of it so maybe they will mention me in their lecture tomorrow. Good thing the conference has a pack and ship so I can just send this stuff off and not bring it with me to NY. I came out of the resource center with bags full of stuff cuz I figured I would sort out the things I didn't really want back in the hotel room. So just finished doing that and I still have a pretty heavy package to send home. Hopefully work doesn't mind.

Its been a hard, tiring, but really exciting couple of days. Got here on saturday and a coworker and I headed off to the North End for some lobster ravioli....YUM! Darn, I should of taken a picture of it. Both of us were pretty baffled to see a ton of people lined up for some pastries (Mikes Pastry and Modern Pastry) We might try to get back there before we leave to see what all the fuss was about.

Sunday I had a 9am session about CSS. Not the smartest move since there is a jet lag issue and I had to wake up at the crack of dawn to switch hotels (long story). Right after the session had to run back to the hotel to drop off some stuff before the studio tour. Really interesting to see the difference between the small agencies and large. I like the small agencies better. Then, it was opening keynote time so both K and I were beat. We decided to end the night at the hotel sushi place. Which wasn't bad, but we were just too tired to find something else.

Today wasn't so bad, had some really interesting lectures, still waiting for someone to truly inspire me. I got a couple of more days here so I'm crossing my fingers.

No time to blog

Haven't had time to blog lately. Makes me wonder why I still have this open. Been really busy, so can't wait for my vacation to start. Two more weeks and I'll be in Boston. Hopefully its not raining so I can walk around during my down time at the conference. I'm flying straight from Boston to NY. I feel like such a traveler. I have a list of places that I want to visit...hmmm...where did I put that list. Crossing my fingers that we can find some Wicked tickets from TKTS. There really isn't anything I want to watch. Since TKTS doesn't list what shows they have available til just right before they start I'm putting all my eggs in that basket.

Been craving to do a craft project. Eventhough I'm designing everyday at work, there are so many rules to try to keep things in brand. I needed to create something out of the box. Made these save that dates for a friend. She didn't really ask me to make them so really these are just for fun. Unless she likes one of them. I didn't post the ones with their pictures for obvious reasons and the info is FPO.

Poor Reggie

Don't know how it happened but Reggie got herself an anal gland infection. The vet says that some dogs are just prone to having it and might become a recurring problem. Lets all cross our fingers that it doesn't.

I first noticed it last Friday. It was actually pretty gross. I gave her a bath Saturday morning to get a better look and I just freaked out. I called the vet right away to get her in for a check up. I called my sister and told her I couldn't go home for a visit and just started crying. Hard to believe that a little dog can make someone feel like such a bad mother.

She had her follow up visit today. Better, but not 100%. We'll be back at the vets in another week. Hopefully the antibiotics shes on has done its job by then.

How Design Conference

Registered for How Design Conference today. Really super excited about it. Its in Boston and I've never been so that's a plus. One of the hotels that the conference has lined up has you walking through 2 malls to get to the convention center. Not a good thing for me since I might make to any workshops. But I'm going to try to book the Sheraton since it is connected to the convention center.

My boss let me sign up for a preconference workshop and a Boston studio tour. I'm actually lucky that I get to go. There were at least 4 of us at work that wanted to attend and only 2 were chosen because of budget reasons. I tried booking my flight and register for a hotel but the dumb online travel center thing we have to use gave about 43 options for flights so I gave up. I'll try to get a person on the phone tomorrow.

Crazy thing is. Once I get back from the conference I will be leaving for NY. So basically 2 weeks off for me. Hooray! Actually need to use up my vacation time. I'm maxed out.

Rogue Wave

My new favorite band of the moment Rogue Wave. I listen to Pandora all day long and I wait for Lake Michigan to come on. I get so POd when I forget to hit pause when I walk away from my desk and miss it while I am gone.

Love Pandora. Its the best way to discover great music.

Girl Sunday

Went home this Sunday for my aunts birthday. Shes been feeling down since my cousins accident so some of my other cousins thought it would be a good idea to make a day of her birthday. I started my day shopping at the Irvine Spectrum.My cousins took her to the spa during the day while me and a few stayed home to watch the kids. To top the day off we had dinner at the Melting Pot. I think the cheese fondue and dessert was my favorite part. I could of skipped the main course.

Had some traffic on the 5 on my way home, but all and all it was a good day. Have to drive back up next Sunday for Easter, but M will be going with me so I don't have to drive.

Cubicle Chic

I know I said I wasn't going to post about work anymore, but this is pretty cool. We moved buildings at work and got moved into a 6x6 cube. To make my sad situation work for me, I decided to decorate my cube. It turned out pretty good and I've had a ton of compliments.

I started with my inspiration piece. My bird coat hanger for UO. I also got my bird bank from UO. The wallpaper is actually a picnic table cover from ikea I got last summer. I had to do some bargain shopping so most of the accessories came from ikea. I found my other ceramic bird at Michaels, and the brocade frame came from target.

After decorating my cube, It really feels like I am sitting at home working. I really don't see the cube anymore. I'm really glad that my manager was very supportive while I was creating this world for myself. Maybe this can be my new calling. Cube Decorator.

The weekend of first

So Vegas last weekend. This was actually the first time I went to vegas without M. We road a limo from he airport to the hotel. Which was a first. FInally got to see the Wynn. We actually had dinner at Daniel Boulud Brasserie where I tired Jadori chicken, which is some chicken from Japan. Another first for me.

We had an horrible experience checking in at the Luxor the day before so we started Day 2 by switching hotels. I have to say, Planet Hollywood was awesome. The beds were comfy the pillows were fluffy and most important it was clean. We had the brunch. DId a ton of window shopping that day. For dinner that night we headed to NYNY. Finally had some chilean seabass. Buttery goodness. It was so good. We ended the night with Zumanity.

Zumanity wasn't what I expected to see from a Cirque Du Soleil show. This was an 18 and over kinda show. There was some funny parts. I got over the topless girls real quick. I think I wanted to see more Cirque Du Soleil and less discovering my sensual side.

The weekend turned out pretty good considering I've never met the other 2 girls in the group before. It was nice to get away for a little bit. Til next time.

Mast Brothers Chocolate

While in design school, I was always interested in packaging design. So it doesn't surprise me that when I see something that has great packaging I tend to buy it. One of the reasons why my life is so cluttered.

Mast brothers chocolate. Love the patterned paper. Totally what I'm attracted to right now. We will be back in NY this year and I've already made a note to self to go to Williamsburg to find this chocolate. Looks like they can be found at the Artists & Fleas marketplace and Marlow & Sons.

Summer school

I was just talking to my cousins about this. Summers growing up were not always fun and games. My grandma use to make use write....the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dogs hundreds of times. She thought it was going to help or penmanship, but I really think it just totally screwed it up. Most likely it was just busy work. She also had us reading the bible and even watching the cartoon versions. She also made us take naps. Which is the worst when you are a kid. We also had fun times. We lived right next to the park so we went swimming whenever we can. And my grandma did a lot of babysitting so there were tons of kids to play with.

Looking back. Maybe that's why I am not so screwed up now. (Besides my handwriting that is) Not only do I have tons of summer memories, but the discipline probably helped me make the right decisions to get to where I am.

Target

Went to target last night to shop for all the little things I need for my vegas trip. Came across a product called Soap & Glory. I'm pretty sure that it was the packaging that I was so attracted to. I liked it enough to buy some lotion, face scrub and body wash. I just finished looking up their website and it seems to be still in development. Also found out that they now carry Converse. Reminds me of the time that Mossimo first teamed up with Target.

Late night

Drove to Irvine last night so my cousin can give me a haircut. I know its crazy, and there must be a place in San Diego that I can go to for a haircut but nobody cuts my hair like her. We we closed the salon so we didn't leave til probably around 10pm. We met up with my other cousin at D&Bs at the Block. Happy hour is the best. We each had a drink and shared an appetizer and it only cost $20. I didn't get home til after 1am.

Happy Valentines Day

When MG woke up today he asked me what I got him for valentines day and I said...nothing! So I felt bad. Eventhough my time is very limited in the morning I decided to make him breakfast in bed. Brownie points for me.

It's a jungle out there

Because of the recent rain fall in San Diego our back yard has turned into a jungle. We have a huge back yard but til recently had a working lawn mower. We finally went out and bought one so finally the girls have a yard to run around in. They were able to run in the jungle but had to hop over the millions of giant clovers. When they were in there the only thing you can see was the white tips of their tails. Both MG and I don't have the green thumb so gardening is the last thing in our minds. At least with the new forward moving lawn mower the jungle will never come back.

Finally updated this darn blogger template. Spent some time tonight surfing the web looking for free templates, when I came across a site that closed because of the blogger update. So I went in a customize myself. I love this picture that I got from shutterstock. Every wednesday, shutterstock gives away a free stock photo and a vector file. I have to say this image of this chick is the best one that I have come across.

So with the old template I actually coded the titles to the blogs myself. Since I am now using a template from blogger the title is already coded into the template. I had to go in and delete all the titles to all my post. Yeah. It was a pain, but it was funny to read my post from 2 years ago.

It seemed like I loved work more in 2006. My work load back then was extremely low. As 06 turned to 07 and 07 turned you 08 I noticed more negative post about work. Like how tired I am or stressed. I still like work but the stress level shot up from 0 to 80 (out of 100) in just a couple of years. I am going to try not to blog about work. But it seems like its all I do. Well, I am going to Vegas at the end of the month with one of my best friends from high school. Leaving MG at home so that should be an interesting weekend. Maybe some interesting post will come out of that.

Bored

Been surfing the web for a while. Can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I don't think I even know what I am looking for. I started with a bunch of crochet projects. By Christmas I was able to give out baby blankets, scarfs, wallets, beanies, arm warmers, and loofahs to my family and friends. Since then I've been making tons of scarves for myself... cowls, scarflets, long scarves, short scarves. You name it, I have it in every color. Now I'm bored. I don't want to make another scarf and I don't know what I want to make next. I think I lost my momentum. I was thinking about making a purse or tote but haven't found a pattern that I am totally in love with. One of these web surfing days, I guess I will find something.

Whos Mike

While I was in Eugene Oregon I got to visit the Nike Museum. Eugene is the birth place of Nike so it actually was a big deal to my co-workers up there. When I first heard museum I thought...big building...big room...more like big wall.

I thought it was really funny that when the first shirt was made people asked...'Who's Mike?" I never noticed it til now.

I am so TIRED

I am so so so tired. Can I say it more? The past few weeks have been really hectic. I think it all started in August. I mentioned that we had a few visitors. Well the chaos didn't stop there. Since then, went to Vegas, had a birthday thing at the Queen Mary, went to a wedding, went Eugene Oregon for work, went to San Francisco, back to Long Beach for my sisters birthday, and this weekend have another wedding to go to. And in between all that...work work work. Plus a couple of side jobs to throw in. The holidays are coming up. When the heck am I going to sleep. My poor dogs are being neglected. We haven't been to the dog run in ages.

In Defense of Nude Celebrities

For the rest of you -- the ones who subscribe to MSN for the articles -- there's something I need to get off my chest. And it's not my shirt.

I am sick of hearing about, let alone seeing, celebrity nipples. The plucked chicken skin of exposed celebrity crotches is worse. And Paris Hilton's oft-photographed posterior mudflap? How is that even physically possible?

Even so, I have no problem with celebrities who appear nude in pictures.

The proverbial scales fell from my eyes when I heard last week that Vanessa Hudgens of "High School Musical" was in hot water over a certain fleshy photo circulating around the Internet.

It wasn't that the sight of her smiling nubile form caused retinal damage. She actually looked pretty darned good in it, like the sort of cheerleader it was fun to resent in high school. Rather, I realized that much of the furor over naked celebrities is moronic.

We're born naked. We remove our clothes daily to shower. And even when we put those clothes back on, we're all still naked underneath, with the possible exception of men who have seriously hairy backs.

What's more, some of the greatest art in human history is chock full of naked people. And they're even in church -- something my mother never would have let me get away with.

I'm thinking here of the Sistine Chapel, which depicts the creation of Adam in full color, if not full glory.

(I'm just guessing that, if his picture were circulated online today some people might mock his assets.) The painting is almost 500 years old. God's had plenty of time to smite the chapel if nudity were really a terrible thing. But no. It's a huge tourist attraction that's even undergone a full restoration.

Somewhere along the way, "Thou Shalt Not Be Nude" has become our 11th commandment.

It's important to distinguish between topless sunbathing pictures of Jennifer Aniston and the sex romps of Pamela Anderson. There's nudity, and then there's porn, and there's a difference.

Hudgens, who was merely nude, had to issue a blushing apology for her actions. Even though Disney did the right thing by standing behind its young star, it still publicly criticized her judgment. The poor kid.

This Puritan view of nudity is a bad thing. It's had the effect of reducing us to a pile of snickering third-graders, seeking quick titillation when we could be spending our time pursuing more meaningful connections.

Mr. Skin, a popular Web site that peddles the flesh of celebrities, gets 1.2 million users a month, and between them they spend 8.7 million minutes looking at celebrities in the raw. It's the equivalent of the population of San Diego doing whatever they're doing that's taking seven minutes. And it's not just men. Typically, almost 17 percent of the people looking at adult content online are women.

But it's not just that it stunts our emotional growth. It turns body parts that are meant to be functional into the equivalent of a nuclear fall-out zone.

I'm talking here about breasts, of course. They're meant to feed babies. But if a nipple should pop out on television, it's apparently bad enough to merit a $550,000 fine.

Never mind that during the so-called "family hour" of television programming we can watch scenes of torture, sex, and all sorts of violence at a higher rate than ever, as the Parents Television Council reported just last week. (This is the same sort of thing, by the way, that gets "Casino Royale" a PG-13 rating despite a nude torture scene, whereas a movie with more than a flash of female nudity would automatically get an R-rating.)

No, sir, it's the spectacle of a nipple that apparently should offend us all. This might explain why women trying to feed their babies have been kicked off airplanes and out of public coffeehouses.

I was asked to stop nursing my baby at Disneyland, and believe me, no one tried harder than I to hide the bits. I not only have had the "I forgot my pants!" dream repeatedly, I even had a version of it in which I forgot my wedding dress, which is much worse, in case you haven't had that experience.

The whole Disneyland thing was humiliating, and it really pissed off my baby, who should not have been forced to eat in a bathroom. Who knows how many women have been shamed by experiences like these into using formula, which is inferior nutritionally, inconvenient and darned expensive.

This is not the only way the silly nudity taboo harms women disproportionately. Returning to Hollywood, exceptional and established actresses like Nicole Kidman and Maggie Gyllenhaal for some reason feel the need to flash skin in magazines to advance their careers, even as their male peers aren't compelled to do the same. It's no wonder the second- and third-rate starlets are showing everything they can. How else can they get noticed?

The cure for it, ironically, is to stop caring so darned much about nudity. If it doesn't rile us, then it's not going to be a route to riches.

Once that happens, we can turn back the clock, perhaps even to Michelangelo's time, and we can look at a picture of a lovely human specimen and appreciate it for its inherent beauty. It's a sad thing to turn the one thing that's truly ours -- our bodies -- into a source of shame.

In any case, I hope Vanessa hangs on to those photos. Not just so a traitorous friend can leak them to the Internet again, but so that she has a souvenir of when she was young and hot. Unlike the Sistine Chapel ceiling, that sort of perfection doesn't last, especially if you have kids.

Just ask that other once-lovely Disney talent, Britney Spears. But be careful where you're looking when you do. Last I saw, she'd forgotten to put on underwear. Blech.

my guilty pleasure

Totally addicted to High School Musical right now. No idea why. I am turning 28 this year and I love watching this love story unfold. I keep telling my husband that it is the thought of puppy love that keeps me watching it.

Not only do I love HSM but I find myself watching the Disney channel more often. Maybe I'm just sick of all the other drama TV out there like. The innocence is so refreshing.

We just finished celebrating numerous birthdays, reunions with cousins from Oregon and Chicago, and visits from some good friends from high school. The fun is not over yet. There is a bon fire this weekend, vegas in a couple of weeks and a wedding. Where do we find the time.

busy busy

Been really really busy at work since I got back from vacation, so I haven't really had time to blog. But tons of events have been going on during the weekends, mostly with the family.

A couple of weeks ago we gathered the Gonzales Cousins & Co. at the house. It was like 4 days without sleep. We tried to recreate Maui for those who weren't able to come so we ordered catering from Da Kitchen. Korean chicken is the best.

Time flies

My 2 year wedding anniversary is coming up. I can believe how fast time flies. I just realized that my husband and I have been together for 7 years. Really....where did the time go.

Last year we went back to NY to celebrate. Since we just got back from Maui no real plans this year. We're thinking about going to Disneyland. Should be fun.

Oh so close

Went to Belly Up on Wednesday to go see Sean Lennon perform. Can't tell you how excited I was. I had butterflies in my stomach the whole day. I brought his article from the Italian Vogue but was bummed that he didn't come out and sign autographs. I'm just glad I can say I actually say him live. I guess I can die happy.

Maui was beautiful. Really, words can not describe the view I was waking up to every morning. I think my favorite time was me, coffee and a cigarette outside by the pool.

Holy Crap!!

Holy Crap!! Where did the time go. We leave for Hawaii on Saturday. I can't believe it. Seriously...I have mixed feelings. I like traveling so being in Hawaii will be great. The only thing is...I don't like the sun and I don't like water. I guess I will be staying in the shade and staring at the water from distance.

M-I-C-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E

I went to Disneyland this past weekend with some of my family. I had a really good time. Learn a new game while waiting in line. It made the lines go by faster but ended up with a bruise on the back of my hands. Really cool thing....Remember when those Disneyland photographers would take your pictures at the "Kodak moment" areas...Remember how you had to wait in line to see the pictures and then realize that it was crap and was a waste of time? Well...wait in line no more. Disneyland has gone high tech and now you can view your pictures online and even add those Disney icons yourself. The only thing that sucks about it is that you can't copy the image. The only way I got mine was by making a screen shot.

Not so sunny day

San Diego is known as the city that has the most sunny days. Sunny day or not, it has been really cold lately. I had to start my day off today scraping ice off of my windshield.

Mileage

My husband and I have been driving up to LA every weekend since November. It has to be some sort of all time record. I think we are coming up to 10 weeks in a row. We are putting serious mileage on our cars. I am so glad that I was able to convince my cousins to come down to SD on Saturday. We tried hanging out in PB but we couldn't find parking so we ended up at Land Lord Jims. It was fun but it was REALLY cold. You would think all the alcohol consumption would help. Once we were done with that, we decided to introduce my cousin who just came from the PI to carne asada fries from Cotixan. I couldn't tell if she liked it or not..then again that girl never eats.

We drove up to Costa Mesa on Sunday to meet up with my in-laws. We hung out at the LAB for a couple hours and again...it was cold.

Back to Orange County again this coming Sunday. Disneyland here we come. I was smart this time. I got Monday off so I can recover from these restless weekends.

The company I work for doesn't take Martin Luther off, but my husbands company does. First of all he went home at 2pm today. And this is someone who got to work at 9am. He called me to ask me what time I was going home. I told him 5pm. He asked why can't I just leave now. I told him I had work to do. His response was...."Why...its Friday and it is a holiday on Monday." Ummm....NOT FOR ME.

Sucks.

Hawaii here we come

Our Hawaiian vacation is coming up soon. I am getting a ton of emails regarding activities that will be going on while we are there. We will be staying in a villa on Maui. Really....no idea why I would go to Hawaii...I am scared to go in the ocean. I guess I am just going to have to stay on land and watch everyone else learn how to surf.

Happy New Year

Had a nice vacation coming back from New Years. Just stayed home and vegged. Watched a lot of TV...gave the dogs a bath...did some laundry. Its been a really busy holiday. I've been driving up to LA every weekend since Thanksgiving. I actually have to drive up again this weekend, which will make it 5 weekends in a row. I think that is a record. One of my new years resolution is to drive up to see my family more often so I guess I have a good start.

Merry Christmas to me

So glad the Christmas has past and I have 12 months to recover. I never thought I would ever hear myself say that I hate shopping. Coming from a shopaholics mouth...that was pretty hard. But it has been 3 days and I'm back. Time to buy something from myself for a change.

What...a post

I just read a post from my friend and its been 5 months since she blogged. It inspired me so here I am. New York for our one year anniversary was very relaxing. We watched RENT and another show off broadway. It rained on and off but it was sunny when we needed it to be.

Stressed

Work has been really stressful lately. We are in this transition period, where we are changing the look of the company. So all projects are questionable...(old look or new look) I'm been assigned to do all the email blast and I have no idea why in the world those are a priority over everything else. So with all these project coming in and not knowing how they should look, I'm pretty much a couple of days behind. I'm so stressed out that my eye has been twitching for a week and I had a major heartburn attack on Wednesday that I went home early. I need help. My production coordinator is trying to kill me.

New Roomie

Our friend from high school needed a place to stay for a little while. He just graduated and moved back from hawaii. It was nice having the house to ourselves (since we really are still newlyweds). But we've had a lot of help since we moved to SD, so I guess it is time to pass it on.

March already?

I can't believe it's March already. I've been so busy lately that I don't know where the time went. Pretty soon it will be my one year wedding anniversary and I will be in NY. Can't wait. I really need a break from work.
